This is a hostel with shared rooms, but my wife and I had two bunk beds in the one room so effectively had a private room and bathroom to ourselves. And as there were no other guests staying there we had the entire place to ourselves. Which made the sleep and stay extremely comfortable and quiet. Our host was very friendly and very helpful (and the two dogs he had were amazingly cute and well behaved). The beds were well made up and the mattress was comfortable. The location is very quiet but has a very comfortable seating area outside. There is also a very peaceful walking trail very close.

Very clean room, very comfortable beds. Well located for the Senda del Oso. The hosts were friendly and very responsive to our questions in advance which helped us plan the trip well. The garden was beautiful and very relaxing to sit and read a book.

Such a warm and friendly welcome! The staff were all so cheerful and helpful - gave us a great recommendation for dinner. The rooms were large and comfortable in a slightly old fashioned way. Location is good on the edge of town near the start of the Senda del Oso. Very happy to store bikes in their garage over the road. Offered breakfast for €7 which felt reasonable for coffee, juice, cake and toast.

Very big and comfortable room with nice decoration and a lot of furniture. Very good location in the center next to the town hall. Very clean and excellent wifi coverage. Good breakfast and fridge in the room. Helpful stuff although they don't speak English very good.

Very welcoming host. Felt like a visit to a family friends than just a night at strangers apartments. Host has amazing backyard and there were things for kids. Very welcoming, even showed my kid chicken coop and garden. Great experience. If we ever go back to Oviedo, this is the place will stay. Highly recommend.

A really well kept rural hotel nestled in the lush hills of the Cantabrian mountains. Offering an optional abundant continental breakfast buffet.

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. The location is out of this world. Within a valley surrounded by mountains and forests. A hikers dream for sure. The houses are clean and well equipped. Didn't use the WiFi, but I saw it was present. Mobile phone reception was surprisingly good on 4G/5G considering the remote location.
The kitchen is stocked with several pots, pans and necessary cutlery.
Julietta was a wonderful host and we would like to thank her son for translating for us into English. The accommodation is spotless and has very good facilities. It is a ten minute walk into Barzana where there are bars and a small but well stocked supermarket. A great location for walking and cycling. Very highly recommended
