Front desk is friendly and resolves issues as soon as possible. Area is quiet with supermarket next door and food at walking distance. The bus stop is very convenient (goes every 20-30 mins) until late. It is possible to go there in Metro with connecting lines plus bus in the last 20 mins (L9Sud from airport, L1Torrasa + A1/A2 bus). Checkout online and card drop is very convenient. The town itself has shops that close late to buy a USB socket wall charger for 7-8 euro (if you forgot yours like me). The house was great! It's got s nice kitchen equipped with everything we needed for a week, three bedrooms with comfy beds, and a nice living room, bathroom as well nicely maintained. The terrace was a big bonus :)
We came for an extended Formula 1 weekend, and the property has a great location for that - 3 minute walk away from the tran station to Montmelo, and an easy connection to Barcelona itself. The house is also very close to a huge Lidl, and 15 minutes walking from the centre of Rubi. All in all, we had a good time.

The apartment is clean and very modern, with four rooms and two bathrooms, perfect for families or groups, and the location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket and Burger King less than five minutes walk away. It was a short drive to downtown and easy to get around. Also Jordan is a very nice person and was very helpful in solving some of our problems. I highly recommend this apartment.
Located approx. 25km from Barcelona city center, surrounded by mid-size industry. Popular overnight stay for tourist - 2, 3 busses coming at the same time. Quiet location, far from attractions, Aldi/fast food next door. For me it was business choice.
