Absolutely beautiful B&B, with amazing views and a very sweet host who prepared such a pleasant breakfast experience for us on the balcony.
The interior was decorated in such a homey aesthetic, which makes you feel welcomed and all cosy.
My friend and I were travelling around Valencia and Calp prior to coming here, where we were staying at hotels, and this B&B was such a breath of fresh air, as it is located in an extremely rural/isolated place on top of a hill, in the wilderness of Spain. I wished we could have stayed longer, as it's a nice place to retreat and recharge.

A truly special place for relaxation, views and comfort. Knowing I wanted a pool, somewhere to read and no crowds, I spent many nights using the map function of Booking.com and was delighted to find Masia de Matuta. It certainly did not disappoint.
Our room was big with lovely views from large windows, a very comfortable bed and a kettle, fridge etc in a kitchenette. The friendly and charming Bas not only prepared and served an ample and excellent breakfast outside, including his own fresh bread and wonderful eggs from the happy hens you may visit, but also cooked a very memorable evening meal. The food was excellent, as was the sunset view, wine and conversation. Our circular walk through olive and almond trees, passing an old castle and returning via the little local village was lovely. The infinity pool has a beautiful outlook and I loved that soothing sound of a breeze through mountain trees. There are numerous places to sit around the property, including a rather special raised platform with hammocks, not far from their turquoise lake. We vsited the hens and horses, played with kittens and saw wild boar below in the evening.
In summary, this is a special place for peace and proper relaxation with friendly, interesting hosts and we wish them great success as they continue to work on their exciting and unique venture at MM!

This new, family-run hotel is conveniently located between Valencia, Castellón and Teruel. It features an excellent restaurant where you can try traditional recipes made with a modern touch.
Camping-Bungalows Altomira has a natural location between the Espadán and Calderona Natural Parks. The site has a lovely outdoor pool and free parking.

Pool was lovely , restaurant evening meal was fine. We were cycling ojos negros route and location is perfect. right next to bike path, albeit a steep drop down. Good campsite shop. Sitting on bungalow veranda was very pleasant, great view

Excellent location for driving after the Valencia ferry, heading inland. We were made very welcome, and the room was plain but very clean and comfortable.
We added on breakfast the next day and this was very good value and a nice start to the day.
