It is quiet and pleasant in the new residential aria in Luxor. Big apartment with big rooms and bathroom. The governor of Luxor is literally living next door and basically you have 24 hours live police guards.

It was a great experience all around. The hotel was excellent, with a view overlooking the Nile. The food options were great. We tried both the Thai and Italian restaurant and both were excellent. The coffee was the best we had in Egypt, which is very important!
Also, and most importantly, if you are going to Egypt, you must do Luxor. In my opinion, it has more to offer than Giza.

Lovely style and feeling to the place. Good tasty food. Plenty of breakfast. Pool great in the heat. Great free boat service to the other bank. Trips easily organised through reception. Transfer to airport, balloon rides, taxi round the sights. All great. Great advice from Dr Marina the resident owner.

Wonderful recent Hotel in a quiet place with great view on the Nile and the west bank of Luxor. Lovely swimming pool and also a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and can arrange anything you need. Said, the manager, helped us organizing and customizing our tours and gave us very good advice, and Khaled took very good care of us during our stay. Food is excellent with fresh fruits and vegetables grown on the property.
We would love to come back and definitely recommend this Hotel !

Good location on the West Bank of the Nile. Away from the craziness of the east bank, but a short felucca ride (50EGP) from the Luxor temple on the east bank. Also Mamoud, whose uncle owns the place, looked after us the whole time and was a brilliant host. The tours they arranged were also great

Unbeatable value for money. Very spacious room with a king size bed and a massive bathroom. Very helpful staff that create a lovely laid back atmosphere. Great pool and common area. Just 4 minutes by the free boat provided by the hotel from the east bank. I would stay here again if I returned to Luxor again, no doubt!

The guy working there was amazing, he was always taking care of us. The pool and the room is clean and calmed.

I recently stayed at the New Memnon Hotel, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience! The owner is incredibly kind and caring, making sure every guest feels welcome and comfortable. The food they prepare is absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes that really stood out. The location is just a 5-10 minute drive from the city center. Good apartment at a quiet place with an excellent view of the river Nile. The owner was very responsive and kept in touch until we reached.
If you think that the Nile view can't get any better than from the huge windows in the bright living room, then wait until you see it from the roof top! The location is great, so quiet (no cruise ships, or traffic noise). Beds are comfy and the shower better than in any luxury Hotel. The neighborhood is all lovely local families, and kids are playing outside. There's two surprisingly well stocked mini markets just around the corner.
The house is spacious. The location is top, around the nature. The calm is very pleasant.. We sleep peacefully. There is a good neighborhood.
You can take the boats at 5min for acrossing the nile to the east bank.
