My favourite place. They added some things to the rooms such as irons with ironing board and a beach bag, which I appreciated a lot. My room was above the beach and a few meters from restaurant, which was perfect.

This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I would book it again and again! the apartment is clean, has everything you need, nothing is missing! lots of space and everything new for a great price! The view is great and the apartment is in a great location in El Qusair! very central!

when I checked out and try to get a Uber to the go bus office. I wait almost 15minutes and didn't get a driver. so I say goodbye to the owner and decide to walk. right after he knew about this situation he just let me jumped on his motor and drive me to the bus station. when we almost reached the station his motor was out of gas. for me it's fine it's so close already so I can walk. but I feel so sorry for him that he had to park the motor somewhere and walk to other place to find fas 🤣. but so warm and so kind. definitely recommend.

I have been coming to Egypt for several times a year. I stayed at Novotel (Marsa Alam) for the second time. We were warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Mohamed Hassan. A fantastic employee who provided us with wonderful service throughout our entire stay. It didn't just stop with this employee. "Every" employee, even the gardeners, luggage carriers, cleaning crew, lifeguards, entertainment,... are incredibly friendly and "extremely" helpful. Never seen before! An over the top amazing service. Every corner of the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful to stay in. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated and maintained. Massive options with entertainment, wellness and other relaxation options,... The food is super fresh and very tasty. And all this in high season! I can fully recommend this hotel to everyone. Stop looking for other hotels. Thank you Novotel and all staff for the fantastic stay. Continue with this amazing vibe. The hotel is beautiful and unique. Its an old villa with an extraordinaire atmosphere. I love this house. The wooden ceilings are impressive and the rooms are so cosy and comfortable.

Lovely hotel with village-style architecture on a gorgeous house reef (we’re seasoned snorkel enthusiasts and the coral bounty, colours and fish were world class right off the jetty) we had a junior suite with an amazing porch. Premium sea view rooms are all great but the cheaper rooms are quite small. The upgrade is absolutely worth it. The bed was very comfortable. The food by the Dive Center is especially wonderful. Breakfast buffet is amazing. We would definitely return.
Beautifull location at the beach with green garden and house reef. Everything decent and very good value for money! We enjoyed visiting El Quesir with a friendly local guide and snorkeling with the local diving club. Also the bazart in front of the hotel sells very beautifull hand made t-shirts with self chosen designs for affordable prices 🐠

Charming and very attentive and caring personnel, great Egyption breakfast nicely served in a wonderful dining room, very clean room and bathroom, really-really well mantained 112 years old bilding with nice old things everywhere which we greatly appreciate! Absolutely fantastic location at the sea front! We strongly recommend this hotel for a truly Egyption experience! Will definitely be back here again!

the hotel staff is friendly, helpfulness and polite, fitness center is well equipped, the room was very clean and quite and it has an amazing view, a good wifi connection, and in general the food was excellent, the well noted thing all over the hotel especially the room is the cleanliness, every spot is well clean, a good location, near to the downtown and offers parking for free
The Staff, to a man, were incredibly friendly and obliging, they wear shirts saying " come as Guest, leave as Friend" and it is so accurate. I cannot emphasise how wonderful our stay, 2 weeks, was. We have new contacts who will be Friends for life. Amazing location, food superb, room very clean, nothing was too much trouble, excellent place to relax. Reception staff can organise local Taxi and day tours. Planning our next stay as I write.
