This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Can't really fault it for anything. Service was perfect, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food was amazing and lots of variety. Rooms were so neat and everything was so clean. The design of the hotel and the rooms is gorgeous! Love the colour scheme and the furniture. Everything is of really high quality, no expense spared. You really get what you pay for. There is a heated pool which is great if you are visiting in the winter. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi which was really nice. The private beach is great place to watch both sunset and sunrise from. The sunrise you can see the sun coming out of the sea. The sunset you can see it setting behind the mountains. It's so beautiful. When we went it was in January (off season) so we literally had all the place to ourselves. It was really a wonderful experience. I totally recommend going in the low season (between November to February). Tip: If you don't have a car, make sure to get the All-Inclusive package so that you have all your meals at the hotel and don't need to go out, because in order to get anywhere you would need a car.

A big shout out to the guest relation team, especially Abdel Raheem who took care of every small detail and every minor request. I have been to a lot of 5 stars and luxurious hotels/resorts but never met such a good team which made this trip exceptional and their quality overweight some negative points needs to be fixed. -Good location - Really good baristas -Good animation team and shows especially if you have kids. -Shisha bar which is a plus. -Active waiters all over the place. -fine food but there is a room for improvement.

They were very accommodating. Everything you need is there and if you want to go outside the resort they have agents that set that up. Mohamed abu elmagd greeted us at reception upon arrival and truly guided us the entire trip. Making dinner reservations for us and the specialty restaurants texting to make sure we were ok. It was very nice!
