The place is very nice. Old post-soviet block seems a bit bad, but the flat inside is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Key pick up instructions are clear, owner is nice and helpful. Perfect localization very close to the ferry. Don't get afraid by the cyryllic name of the place :).
