The area where the flat is located is very quiet and pleasant. The flat is large and well equipped, although note that it does not have a TV, but the common areas of the block are in urgent need of attention which rather lets the flat itself down.

This was one of my wife and my favourite places to stay during our 3 week trip around Estonia.
The room was beautiful, in an old wooden style but still felt modern, The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom, although small, was very nice and had a good shower. The view from the window was beautiful (see photos). There was a communal fridge, which came in handy. The quality of the food for breakfast was very good, and the staff were all very kind and helpful. The garden area outside was very nice and the setting overall was lovely.

We had an amazing stay in Sadama Willa. Communication was fast, and the host was always reachable. I appreciated the self-check-in. The Wi-Fi worked well.
The place is spotless—very modern and clean in the middle of nature. The sauna and hot tub (extra cost 30€) were nice additions. Heltermaa port is only 5 minutes walking distance. We really enjoyed the stay and have recommended that others stay as well.
