Our stay was great. Our host Joab, Rosario, our server at breakfast, and the housekeeper were very friendly, kind, and attentive and accommodating. The pictures on booking.com matched the room perfectly, and the property is amazing. Thre terrace roof is a beautiful view overlooking the city and you can even see the sea. Great, plus their are edible grapes growing on the roof and lots of plants. Additionally, the location is really close to historical sites, parks, and the walking street where their is BK, KFC, a supermarket, and street vendors selling various wares.
Also, our host was able to translate for us, liaise with drivers, book taxis 24/7, and check on us regularly to make sure we were always good. Our incoming flight was delayed, and the host called our driver(that we booked independently) to try and arrange a new time, and that was unsuccessful he managed to arrange a driver for us.

Even before I arrived, the kind staff communicated well to assist in any requests I may have. When my 3 year old daughter and I arrived, we were greeted by a warm welcome from Michael and was happy to be quickly taken to a ground floor room after a long day of travelling. The room was clean, with cold AC and the bed extremely comfy. Although HB53 is on the outskirts of the colonial zone, it was still close enough to take a walk to get there. One thing I also appreciated was a 24 hour security which added to my sense of ease when I had to check out at 1:45 am. Thank you Michael and team, we will definitely be back.
