The central location was perfect--in the midst of the city! It is so close to the parks and the Basílica Virgen de la Altagracia. Food in the Dominican Republic is always inexpensive. The service at La Monarca is amazing. I love 💓 the receptionist, Albani! The receptionists were lovely. The service staff is stupendous.
