- Communication with the host was excellent. We had a few questions, and she responded immediately via the booking app. When we requested shampoo, shower gel, and extra hand towels, they were promptly delivered to our door.
- The apartment is well-equipped and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. All necessary kitchen tools were also provided.
- The space is quite generous, with convenient storage throughout, making it easy to keep things organized during our stay.
- A washing machine was available in the bathroom, which was a major plus. The machine was large, modern, and worked very well to refresh our clothes midway through the holiday.
- Private parking is conveniently available right in front of the door. It does require a bit of maneuvering, especially if you have a larger car, but it’s certainly doable and a great convenience.
- The key was tucked away in an easily accessible spot, making check-in seamless and stress-free.
- The bedding options were thoughtful. Although the main pillows were large, thinner pillows and an extra duvet were also provided for added comfort.

We had a warm welcome at the Landgasthaus Gruener Baum. The room was nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable, with a private balcony overlooking the valley. We stayed for two nights and ate in the restaurant both evenings – the food was delicious! We would strongly recommend it for a stay in Simonswald.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is amazing and the hotel is very modern and blends in with nature. The rooms were very comfortable and had lovely balconies overlooking the Black Forest. We wanted to visit Freiburg, Triberg and apartment has a perfect location - close to both places.
Apartment is very clean and big enough for 4 persons. Bathroom is very big, has both bathtub and shower.
We travelled with a mini dog and it also was very comfortable in the apartment.
Apartment equipped with absolutely everything, we even made BBQ on the terrace . In the evening we played game, which we found in the room.
Apartment is located in a very quite area , so we slept very good. Beds are also very comfortable .
The host was very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this apartment to everybody .

We stayed in this property for 3 nights and were delighted with all the amenities and beautiful location. The accommodation was so tidy and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was stunning. The entire check-in and check-out process went smoothly. There was also clear communication from the owner. We're glad we stayed here and hope to return in the future.
Exceptional 2 bedroom apartment! It had 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside was a terrace with a great view !! In the hotel spa, sauna and pool. The location allows you to travel easily to Freiburg, Europa park, Triberg waterfalls and other attractions in black forest.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location close to the train station was great for easy access to Freiburg (and other small towns on the way). And train rides were free with the Konus Card! There are also forest trails close by for running/hiking/biking. The facilities were clean and comfortable with enough space for the two of us.
