The area is beautiful and feels very safe. This trip was for business , but I would for sure come here again with my family as well. Your host Marco is the most helpful and kind guy. Also responds very quickly if you need help.
We have been here many times over the years for the Interzoo fair, but this is by far the best experience. Taxi to the fair takes less than 20 minutes and then you also dont have to pay for parking.

Easy access to the property with code and keys in a lock. Well decorated and confortable property, very confy beds.
We met the owners while entering the property, they were very nice and welcoming.
There were some treats for us in the room ( water in the fridge, some wine as well) , fresh towels after a few days.
Small kitchen with a table and chairs for 4 good for breakfast and quick meals.
Confortable sitting area outside the room, with a sofa good to read a book and relax.

Overall this is a very nice apartment in Nuremberg that was great value for money. We stayed for the Euros and found it very easy to travel to central Nuremberg station as the apartment was about a 5 min walk to the nearest U-Bahn station. You can find several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants very close to the apartment.
The facilities were very good and included a washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, an iron, a bath and a shower, coffee machine and flat screen TV. They provided lots of towels and cleaning cloths, toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing and dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper and sugar.
They also have good storage space with built in wardrobes and a full length mirror in the back room.
The main bed in the bedroom was comfortable and they had electric blackout blinds installed on the outside, which was helpful to keep the light out in the morning and also for security purposes.
The bathroom was spacious and very clean, and they provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
They had netting on some of the windows to block out bugs and flys, which was very helpful.
Communication was good from the hosts.

This is a great apartment for families. Spacious, well-equiped, thoughtful (especially when traveling with small children). A box with a key takes the stress out of arrival times. Lovely surroundings, exit from the garden to the playground.I highly recommend it

Lovely spacious modern apartment in a good location. 15 minute walk from railway station, 2 minutes from U-bahn and buses/trams. Rewe supermarket a few minutes away, close to old town centre and many sights. Good kitchen facilities and an excellent shower. The road outside is a little noisy at night, but the double glazing keeps out most of the sound. No air conditioning, but a very efficient fan. Excellent communication and arrival instructions from the owners. Definitely recommended.
