Very easy, good contact with the owner via mobile and the key was waiting in key lockbox. Very spacious apartment, very very clean, which is the most important for me, well equipped kitchen, it's like being in penthouse. Parking is free and reserved for you in front of the property. Host Jan is so kind. His assistance was very helpful, when I was late checking in due to train problems. I received many kindnesses during my stay. he is very reassuring when you need some help. The nearest bus stop provides easy access to the center of Kassel, but in a quiet location, the garden is beautiful. The room I stayed in was comfortable with a kitchen and bathroom.
