Nice family run business. Typical franconion Switzerland hotel with great service, good food and comfortable rooms. It is not as luxurious as a 5 star hotel chain, but we are not into the sterile environment of a large hotel chain. Only 15 minutes from heart of Erlangen and 25 minutes from NUE airport. Beautiful gasthof. Unfortunately we arrived on a Monday & that is their day off so the restaurant was closed & we had to let ourselves into the hotel with the instructions they send. I was disappointed because I really wanted to sit in their beer garden as it is very nice. We ended up having dinner next door which was good food but sat outdoors in the carpark.😔
