Everything was perfect!The house was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and we even got a St.Nikolaus gift!Me,my husband and our two grown children had a great time and felt very welcome and right at home!

I forgot to look online for the instructions, but they explained it perfectly when I sent a message. We LOVED having a grocery store in the parking lot next to us and a pharmacy below us. We had a washing machine and all the amenities one could want as well as an elevator, which made it extra convenient for my husband who has a hard time walking stairs. The balcony was extra special and the location to great restaurants that were accessible by walking once we found the "shortcut." The train station was about a mile away AND we got to enjoy a wine festival in Mainz! We loved everything about this place and WILL be back!!

This apartment is spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located in a quiet residential area with shopping, restaurants, a bakery, and a bus stop just across the street. It's a short bus ride across the river to Mainz, the Mainz-Kastel train station is a short walk or bus ride. The photos don't do the place justice, we would love to stay here again when we visit. 🙂

Well furnished apartment. Only thing is that u have to inform the owner few hours before you arrive so that he stays home. Booking .com ask u to mention the probable time of arrival but that's not enough for the owner.
