Great and welcoming host that made sure to meet all our needs. We even had own coffee machine and fridge in room. He also helped us get a microwave from one of his other rooms during the weekend since this was available and we wished to heat up some food. we also really loved the balcony alot! Our host also new unique places around the area that he recommended and let us borrow his paddle board so that we could try it on the Mosel river. Which was really cool! Our host even gave us cake one day! And he was very flexible with check in time and check out time. On our way there we became delayed but this was fine! And we could also check out one day earlier. He was available for us during our entire stay. Thank you!

Fereienwohnungen Weingut Kilburg is a house that is part of a family-owned vineyard estate, surrounded by hills and fields of grape vines, which we absolutely loved! The house is lovely and the owners were very friendly and always available, such that they provided a cabinet of their estate wine that as a house guest, you could taste or help yourself to at any time, and pay later at the end of your stay :D They source and use their own local products such that we visited their very own restaurant in the Old Town (which by the way had great food at value-for-money prices), and even bought three cases of wine to take home with us! We had booked the middle apartment that comprised of 2 bedrooms, living room/kitchen and a bathroom that had it's own spacious balcony! The house also included an upper floor terrace that had a lovely wide view of the fields and was available to all, which we pretty much had to ourselves! Note: We arrived during the flooding of the Rhineland-Palatinate region which put a damper on things, but the owners and the local people of the village, nevertheless did their best to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!
