We stayed for one night and had 2 rooms. The rooms were a good size. The beds were comfortable. There is a shared bathroom but it’s very clean and we didn’t mind sharing as it was just us. As for the breakfast, we didn’t get a chance to eat but the restaurant looked clean and had ample seating. Also the hotel is next to the train tracks, which didn’t bother us.

The house is big and fully equipped with all sorts of items and welcome gadgets (toothbrush, toothpaste, ffp2 masks, hand-sanitizer sweets, water bottle, etc.). The host was very welcoming and I really enjoyed the stay, even though it was for 1 night only. I would have happily stayed longer.
