Cleanliness was exceptionally good. Nice and clean and what's also important was very quiet. The building is modern and very sound insulated. The view from the windows was not that great, but this is reasonable as there by the windows were office containers for builders who were doing further development but things need to be built so I was fine with it.

The location of the property is in a small village with many trails near. The apartment is furnished with all the items you need for a comfortable stay, as well as an amazing kitchen. There is a Penny 7 minutes (drive) away for grocery shopping. I enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee. The family was welcoming and accommodating. wifi on the property was good 👍🏼 For parking, there's a spot along the road, with only a short walk to the house.

Beautiful, currently renovated and decorated apartment. The host has put all the little touches in for a great stay. In the kitchen coffee, tea, paper towels, cooking and washing necessities etc. In the bathroom iron, blow dryer, body wash etc. Worry free! Everything was clean and fresh. Instructions for entrance spot-on and helpful. Easy stay, comfortable and great for a family. Location was perfect for our needs and parking wasn't tricky and was ample. Walk across the street to a beautiful park and up to the Italian Restaurant. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. Clear instructions were sent beforehand to help with check in as well as some recommendations of places to go. The apartment was roughly a 20min walk away from the Fritz-Walter-Stadion and also a short walk from lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Will definitely consider booking again for future visits.
