Very pleasant staff at the reception desk. They also speak English. Excellent location, about 5-minute walk from the train station, 15-minute walk to the Old Town, 3-minute walk to a grocery store for food. Very quiet with only a little street and restaurant noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Beautifully decorated interior with a writing desk, dining table, and two sofas. Very comfortable, fairly firm beds. Greatly appreciated "American" size (40 x 80 cm) pillows and a sheet for cover rather than only the warm European duvet! Kitchen's microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, basic pots and pans, plates, and silverware. Bathroom has a full bathtub and was well supplied with toothbrushes, toothpaste, handsoap, nice towels, and hand lotion.

The landlord was very pleasant and was very helpful. The property had everything that a family would require during their trip. During our trip, a small accident happened and we damaged an accessory in the property. Nevertheless, the landlord was also so kind to disregard my offer to cover the cost. An exceptional pension, beautiful decor throughout, had everything we needed and it is located in a lovely neighbourhood near an extensive community forest park, yet not far from the city centre. We enjoyed the great breakfast, replete with all sorts of special treats. Halima is a wonderful, gracious host, helpful with recommendations and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The staff was super friendly, the integrated vinotheque had an exceptional choice. Breakfast was well balanced and moderately priced. The rooms stylish and brand new and spotless clean, the WIFI super fast. A 10 minute walk brings you to the centre and the cool Am Brühl area, equipped with nice bars and restaurants. If i ever go back, i would go again to Alexxxanders, nowhere else
