The check-in process was very easy, especially compared to other appartments. The person messaged us around 1-2 hours before our check-in through Booking to confirm the check-in time. They shared their phone number with us and after sending us the exact address we called and met at the door! They walked us to the room, showed us how everything worked, left us many leaflets/cards in case of need and offered us many extra utensils, food, comfort, etc in case of need. When we needed help to rent a car last minute we messaged them just in case they knew any information to help. We didn't expect much, just some help and share a few phones or links if they knew anything. However, they went out of their way to call the companies, ask all the information we shared with them and even helped us with the language barrier. Overall, I don't want to just say it was worth it for the price. It would be worth it even if it was more expensive. It exceeded all our expectations and made our stay feel welcome and warm :)
