We enjoyed our stay at the Finca. The Gardens are beautiful with a lot of Birds and flowers. The Bungalow was very specious with a nice porch to sit outside. The bathroom had a really good size and everting was clean. The Staff at the Finca was really friendly and helpful. I also joins the Chocolate Tour which I really enjoyed.

The best place we stayed in Costa Rica. Dario and Frederica have set up something special here in Dos Brazos, near the Corcovado National Park. Set in the heart of the jungle, in a lovely small Gold Mining village this beautiful guest house is a fantastic place to stay. Great welcome, the most comfortable bed, shower and space of our trip so far. A lovely fresh breakfast, great self catering facilities (but Frederica is a chef and will cook your dinner). Watching the jungle birds from their deck was a true joy. They went out of their way to book us a guide for a day exploring the jungle - a shout out to Jose who was a brilliant tour guide to the jungle. He grew up in the village, was fantastically knowledgeable about animals, history and Costa Rican life. Speaking excellent English. He is also a great artist - get him to show you the furniture he makes. Dos Brazos is also worth a mention such a lovely little village, the residents there welcomed guests so warmly, everyone we met had a smile and hola. Try the homemade ice creams advertised from small house! Perfect treat after a hot walk. La Casita means little house, but this is a little house with a big heart thanks to Dario and Frederica’s love and attention to detail. Suzanna and Chani were amazing! They were both extremely welcoming and helpful! Staying at Los Mineros was my favourite part of my trip to Costa Rica. The guesthouse is surrounded by nature and you see all kinds of wildlife. It’s a perfect place to recharge. Chani is a great guide and showed me beautiful places in the jungle and numerous animals.
