Maybe my worst experience I've had in 4 trips to Colombia. Here you rent an apartment from a family that lives in the same house below the apartment. No one was there at the agreed arrival time during the day. The neighbor told me that the entire family had left. So after a 20-hour bus ride, I stood on the street for more then 1 hour with my luggage in wind and rain until the gentlemen finally settled down at home. There was no apology, not even a greeting. One of the young sons was sent ahead to hand over the keys. The same procedure when i left the app. 2 days later - one of the boys was send to get the keys. Until today i don't even know with whom i was communicating, because nobody had ever introduced him or herself.
