First of all, I must say that the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff was very helpful leading up to the trip, answering all our questions via WhatsApp and even arranging transport from Santa Marta Airport to the hotel. Our room was cleaned every day and had both AC and a fan, along with plenty of fresh towels. The hotel staff was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times and always provided us with water from the fridge. Not to mention the gym, tours and the option of ice-baths. The breakfast served during our stay was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We were served with a variety of food items including fruit, eggs, and even pancakes on the second day. Coffee and fresh fruit juice were also included in the meal. Additionally, we booked a massage through the hotel and it turned out to be one of the best I've had in a long time, and the price was very reasonable. We were able to walk straight out of our room to the clean pool, which was maintained daily.

Jaba jan is a beautiful place to stay, disconnect and enjoy the outdoors, with kind helpful staff and not to far from the main town. It has beautiful river frontage for a cool dip on a hot day. The food is fresh and tasty. The kitchen was a good place to mingle. The beaches and river mouth are a short walk. The river dec was perfect for yoga in the mourning, the nature is all around including growler monkeys. Its got a magic feeling to the place and I will return in the future for sure. Thanks guys for making me feel at home.

The place and the views as well as it’s central location. The staff was very good and special with our stay, cleanliness and food that was catered for us. Hamacas and places to relax. Easy to get from main road and one block from the roads that go to the beach. Can take around 20 mins walk to the beach or 10 minute moto ride. We extended our stay.

The location is super beautiful and quiet, surrounded by nature ( a lot of birds and other animals around), constant sound of the sea was soooo relaxing, swimming pool was also amazing. It was very nuce that this hotel was further from busy Palomino (to Palomino it was only 10min walking distance by the beach) And the staff was brilliant! Very friendly and attentive. Amazing stay in the cute room up in the tree !! Great experience! It was well decorated with details. Everything was new, the bed was really comfortable, you have a large outdoor area to relax with balcony, hammock, lounge area below and as incredible as it sounds you have a proper bathroom upstairs in the tree with great shower. Internet was very good as well. Perfectly located in a quiet street, 5 min walk from the beach or the main street with all the restaurants. Breakfast was really good and on top of this we can have access to the fully equipped kitchen ! Lina, the host, is super friendly and helpful, she made my stay there so nice, I want to come back!
