During my stay in Puerto Natales/W-Trek Origines became my home base. I have stayed there a couple of time and I was always happy to come back "home" - the hotel manager was super open, friendly and had supported me in a couple of occastions; she is the heart of Origines. I would always go back. Location is practical since it is in between the main bus station and the center.

Friendly hosts with flexibility regarding check-in hours if communicated in advance. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of salty and sweet choices to get your hiking energy on a good level! Good location only a quarter of an hour walking from the city center and 25min from the bus terminal. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the Torres del Paine NP! Hosts were even so friendly to keep part of our luggage until after our O-hike!

A little piece of heaven for a perfect stay in Natales. Our activity priority was the Torres del Paine W circuit, and we needed a stay on either side. We absolutely love our stay at El Establo. This was one of the best places we stayed at during our to to Chile. The room was really spacious, nice and comfortable. Great decor and amenities with nice little touches. The host was so welcoming and helpful. We felt at home and would have loved to stay longer. Delicious breakfast served right to your room. Great location in town too.

Puma House is perfectly located. Just around the corner, there is a laundry place. There are 2 big supermarkets close by and a mini maeket just next to it. The staff was extremely helpful. One gave us some tips on where pumas are normally sighted at Torres del Paine National Park and he also lent us his binoculars for two days! We managed to spot a puma 😀 The room was clean, and the heating works well. We got fresh towels whenever we asked for new ones. There is a kitchen which we could use. There is free coffee. It felt homey. We would definitely stay here again.
