Marco was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Marco also provided us with a great meal on the night of our arrival. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, right beside the train station in Randa.
We also availed of the on-site parking, with a very reasonable rate for a few days whilst we were on multi-day hike.

Close to town yet not in hub of things up the hill peaceful and quiet. Spa facilities were a grt bonus wish I had time to have used it more. Barbara, the receptionist, was very welcoming. Had kettle in room to make my tea, v happy.

I’m aware of this hotel from I first visited Zermatt in 2002, I’ve always wanted to stay there as it is a beautiful and traditional hotel, historic and where Edward Whymper stayed in 1865.

Location : walkable to many places without transport. It was an 4 mins easy walk from the train station. There’s a supermarket just 1 min walk.
The apartment has 2 rooms with 1 full bath and 1 half bath which makes it super convenient for a family of four adults.
There’s a kitchenette with full sized oven, dish washer and an induction cooker that can cook 4 pots at the same time. Cutlery and utensils are supplied. Toaster, coffee maker and kettle is also supplied with complimentary coffee powder, sugar and tea bags.

Loved pretty much everything about the property. Its a great location, just a few mins to the train station in Tasch and to restaurants and supermarkets. The view from our apartment was magnificent. The apartment itself was super spacious for 4 adults and a toddler. It was sparkling clean. Also we had ordered a breakfast which was delivered so beautifully packaged at our doorstep. Loved that service.

The flat is located in Randa, down the valley from Zermatt. This means that everything is accessible but you do not have the noise and bustle of Zermatt, this was good for us. Public transport is brilliant, you can buy a multi day pass at Randa that covers most journeys on the trains and cable cars. The flat is spotlessly clean, stylish and with great facilities. I loved the sunny balcony with Mountain View’s after a days walking.
Location is close to the train station and is ideal for anyone looking to hike on some lesser known trails and for those wishing to venture into Zermatt. Host was very friendly, helpful and informative. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel also had a restaurant/ bar where you could get breakfast and drinks
The location was amazing! Beautiful little town of Randa, not too far away from the train station and the hike to the longest suspension bridge in the world! The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage the next day so that we could do the hike. Our room had the view of the snow-capped mountains and the size was perfect for 4 people. It was also very clean.
To call this hotel exceptional would be an understatement. They welcomed us after a last minute booking late at night, treated us to an exquisite dinner, and kept us entertained with conversation. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location brilliant for hiking, and so our stay was purely wonderful. If we could give a 20 point review instead of 10, we'd go for that. Thank you again to the hosts!
good location 800m from train station, lovely & warm inside everywhere, much cheaper than Zermatt, nice breakfast good choice - coffee machines were superb, staff very attentive. Staff advised taxi service just 7 eu to Zermatt half the price of the train
