Lovely place, we chose it as it was central to 4 areas we wanted to visit. Had an issue with the cooker and the host resolved it in minutes (thanks). Nice to have a washing machine as we were on the road for 11 days, good shower, safe parking and safe quiet area.

Everything. It was just great. We felt right at home in this comfortable beautiful and very clean studio. Everything we could possibly think of was there, including a very nice breakfast. The bed was really good as well. And the hostess, Margaret was genuinely nice ❤️

Probably very good but an option for a small and quick breakfast would have been optimal.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Shower was good and the lift worked. Breakfast was fair. Hotel was clean. It was not the sort of hotel for a holiday unless on a tight budget albeit was not exceptionally cheap. More of a hotel for people traveling for work

It was accessible to migros supermarket that helped us to reheat a frozen pizza and you can have a simple and cheap breakfast option without the hotel buffet.
I was a little apprehensive about the self check-in but if you follow the instructions sent by the hotel and also the machine on the reception desk, things could not have been easier. l chose an Economy Single room and it turned out to be the smallest room I've ever stayed in at this hotel but you adapt. It was kept very clean. Breakfast was adequate for a three star hotel but would liked to have seen some fruit salad. The only hot item was boiled eggs. As I was doing a lot of train travel Olten station is only 3-4 minutes walk away.
