The view! MAGNIFICENT! We got a room overlooking Lake Gruyere and the mountains. Wow. Absolutely stunning. I sat on that balcony for hours and didn't want to leave. The breakfast is also terrific! So many fresh local options, including fresh fruit, and local gruyere cheeses and milk, yogurts. Staff is also super friendly. Loved it!

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed. The addition of a fan was helpful in the heat as well as outside shutters that close completely. We were at a room at the front which did have outside noise but nothing that made it difficult to sleep. Parking was excellent, a few minutes walk from the hotel, the recptionist was very helpful with directions, car park is underground and secure. Would certainly stay again.
