The basement appartment was great! It is very modern, absolutely clean, the wifi works great and the very creative mirrors at the windows to maximise sunlight absolutely work! I also liked the size of the living room/kitchen! And it's a full size smart TV! The parking spot is reserved specially for the appartment.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. Large rooms, with the typical Swiss austerity, but large, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms and a small but nice balcony. It has efficient light (blinds) and acoustic insulation (due to the noise of the constant passage of trains). The wi-fi connection is very good. The breakfast buffet is diverse, extensive and generous, with a multitude of products, including hot dishes that are either on the counter or can be ordered from the friendly ladies. Ideal hotel for train travelers, due to its location in front of one of the largest stations in Switzerland, which allows for multiple excursions. In addition, it is one of the hotels in the country with the best quality/price ratio. And if you are also a railway fan, ask for a room with a view of the station: you will really enjoy it.

The suburban/semi-rural location was perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the bank & coffee shop and a 15-minute bus ride into town. All staff members — from the gardener to the highest level of hotel staff — were very welcoming & helpful.

Nice location for congresses but adapt also for a one night staying. I booked a big room but the porice was not so high and it was a great room.
