The rooftop bar area was the best part of this hotel! The view was beautiful. The room was the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far in Switzerland! They also offer electric bikes for hotel guests to use free of charge which was a bonus. And there is free parking. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The main asset of the hotel is it's location, halfway up the Bachtel Hill. It offers a splendid view over lake Zurich and the Obersee. The scenery is just outstanding as it ranges almost from Zurich to the Glarner Alps and further east.
The Breakfast also did not disappoint, and if you fancy lunch or dinner be assured you will find good Swiss grub to enjoy.

Very friendly and helpful staff, 10 out of 10. The location is in a quiet area, with a playground for children, and it's great that the restaurant is open. The hotel is clean, even though the shower and toilet are shared, but the room has a specific smell. Breakfast is simple, but it certainly didn't disappoint.

The room was clean and comfortable, check in was great. There was coffee in the room and A nice bakery just around the corner for breakfast. Not far from the train station .

Easy and free parking, despite the location being on a very busy road there is a pathway you can use to walk into town, or an easy one stop on the train from the station at Hurden. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There was a problem with our room when we arrived and whilst that wasn't ideal, it was resolved satisfactorily and quickly. The room was very hot, but a fan was provided.
Breakfast was very nice. Location overlooking the lake was great.
