Owner was amazing, he was super friendly and gave us heaps of tips of what to do. They do have their own private ‘beach’ to go for a swim in the channel. Coffee machine in room with capsules and breakfast or Croissant delivery to door in the morning.

Well equipped, comfortable and welcoming home, close to Migros and convenient bus ride into Neuchatel Town. Parking right at doorstep, with funicular up to Chaumont just round the corner. Carole, our host, was friendly and warm. She settled us in well. Enjoyed our stay here and would consider returning.
Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 200 metres from the lake, near the centre of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes.

Breakfast was good, with a variety of foods, except that we provided our own gluten free bread. Location was nice for us: in the countryside but with easy access (by car) to natural features such as Lake Neuchatel and to the town of Neuchatel, both of which were very pleasant. Host provided a tourist book which included coupons for local attractions, such as a free cruise on the lake. Host were very friendly.
The quiet location and the excellent facilities. It had 2 indoor car parking spaces 3 good sized bedrooms and a lovely balcony with a great view of the lake. Christine lives opposite the flat and was really helpful with location of the nearest supermarkets etc. It was ideal for a family wedding that was situated 6 miles away.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist when ever we needed assistance which n we did following an accident (with our rental car leaving us without transport) making sure that we were safe and provided food and assistance out of hours as a consequence. The location is very peaceful, away from the city/town noise and is well placed as a base for exploring or hill walking. The restaurant food is superb. We had a lovely sun terrace to enjoy the sunshine.
