it's a sweet spot. and breakfast on the patio is a nice touch, with fluffy scrambled eggs, scones, toast. The location is perfect for a stop along a road trip, and stillbe accessible to some beautiful locations and interesting things.
Convenient location, close to downtown Sussex. Totally adequate accomodation, clean and comfortable. As far as a budget motel goes it was really good...
