Lovely hotel. The room is very spacious. It has a fridge and large TV. The blinds are very efficient in keeping the light out. The hotel has a free ev car charger, complimentary breakfast which was pretty good, a small pool and hot tub and a small gym. The beds were comfy. I had a great stay. The room is a bit small, with low ceiling, which can be a bit claustrophobic. But I just stayed for one night, and went back to room only to sleep. So if you are looking to stay some time inside your room, you might want to look for a larger size room (not sure about the options, I believe that I stayed in the smallest one).
Despite the size, the room is well equipped, with lovely decoration, and nice painting colors. It had a modern TV (which I didn't use), and an old (but efficient) AC, which I also didn't use (it wasn't too hot that night).
I didn't meet any staff, but they where very polite and kind trough text messages. It was self check in and check out, which I liked. Fast and convenient.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Location was excellent. Close to town and lake. The property is really quiet with a bird sanctuary across the backyard and only two neighbouring properties. Easily accommodates six people comfortably with both good gathering space and the ability to spread out.
Hosts were superb. They responded quickly to questions and dealt with a minor irrigation issue in a very timely manner.
Don and Ann were excellent hosts. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms spotless! Great location to walk into town and explore the neat shops and restaurants. Very peaceful location and we enjoyed sitting on the deck outside of our room.
The location was excellent .. the hosts were friendly, accommodating, helpful, the facilities were very clean, bed was very comfortable, everything you would for your stay need was provided, and we would highly recommend this facility to anybody looking for accommodation in Summerland!
If I could rate this B&B with 1000*, I would. Everything was perfect. Don and Ann were the best hosts. Breakfast was fresh and different each day, always cooked perfectly and tasted amazing with the best service too. Rooms were spotless and huge. Garden is beautiful and B&B is in a lovely location. Hosts willing to help with everything.
