Amazing serene location and the cabin was just fantastic. Surprisingly well equipped, shower facilities were an added bonus. The cabin itself was really warm and cosy, beds were really comfortable, and cleverly laid out. We were travelling as a group of 4.

Very nice wooden-auberge. Rooms are essential but functional. Key position for excursions in the park. Keep in mind that any meal at the restaurant (breakfast included) has to be booked in advance.

The place was beautiful, access to the spa and the beach and water sports. But the folks who helped us was the highlight of the stay.

We were lucky enough to be alone in the place, so it was like having our own apartment. Really nice, with a bar/restaurant next door and super friendly atmosphere in the town. Loved it.

Great decoration and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed (the fridge was full with cookies, muffins, eggs, milk, juices, cheese, etc)
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful location and house, great breakfast and dinner, and wonderful hosts that are at your service to provide with any information you may require.
Highly recommended!
Great hosts. Wonderful homemade breakfast. Great location to visit PN La Mauricie. Beautiful renovated rooms. Spectacular lake view. Quiet place to relax.
Amazing location, close to La Maurice and beautiful grounds with onsite access to the water, lounge chairs and a camp fire at night. Guy was so very welcoming and friendly. Showers were lovely and hot, well set up and good water pressure.
Great breakfast and wonderful welcoming hosts. The location near the national park was ideal for us. The room was very comfortable and the built in AC unit was very quiet and effective.
Superb location, beautiful view over the river from two chairs opposite the property. To get a glass of wine at the end of the day and sit there is magical!
The national park is really close and the owner supplied us with loads of info on the animals in the park, where to go to spot beavers, really great.
Excellent location overlooking the river. Very friendly and chatty hoteliers who gave us an insight into the history of the property and the surrounding area. Phenomenal breakfast!
The location was fantastic to access Parc National de la Mauricie for hiking which we did each day. The breakfast was also great - lots of selection and Pierre and Nadine were very welcoming and accommodating.
