Fabulous location. Worked really well for visiting nearby relatives. Moments away from amenities but a quiet place to come back to. Also worked pretty well for setting up a work station to catch up on email and do a few calls.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were taken by its cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—nestled in a tranquil setting, yet conveniently close to all the local attractions. The cottage itself was beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we could need and more. It was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped with anything you might require, including a first aid kit and bandages.Any room you went into had everything you might need. The kitchen even had an air fryer, the laundry room, soap, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom had two sinks a great shower, and the light in the bathroom turned on automatically as you walked into the room. There was a night light outside the room.
Very kind and informative hosts, an ideal location if you want a peaceful, relaxing break, but still quite close to the lovely resort of Sidney , where there’s plenty of restaurants etc.
Breakfast was brilliant, Croissants the best ever.
Hosts went out of there way to help us. Location a bit remote if you did not have a car and they took us many miles in there car to our destinations
The location is genuinely lovely with nearby hiking routes all over North Saanich for scenic walks in the forest and up into the hills.
Being close by to the Swartz Bay it is very accessible for both foot passengers or drivers coming of the ferry.
There's also a nearby bus station 8 mins walk from the property if you rely on public transport for getting around.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the cottage. It’s well stocked and extremely well taken care of. The location is private and quiet with easy access by car from Sidney. The hot tub and movie room were highlights of our stay. The hosts have created an excellent experience with the included amenities like the soaker tub and smart home features. Can’t wait to come back!
The location was very convenient, super close to the Swartz Bay ferry terminal on a quiet residential street. The house itself has an updated kitchen and one updated bathroom.
