Diana and her team are incredible hosts, I feel like I won the jackpot when I found Serenity Inn! I was hoping to find a relatively inexpensive B&B close enough to the Falls that we could walk over. I didn't have high hopes in any place I looked at but something kept beckoning me to choose Serenity Inn and I'm so glad we did. We were able to get right down to the heart of the Falls with a leisurely (and simple to navigate) 20 minute walk. The B&B truly stole the show for our weekend trip though.
Serenity Inn is immaculately clean and tidy. We stayed in the Harmony suite and there were drinks and snacks waiting for us, an incredibly comfortable bed and we were grateful to have our own ensuite bathroom and dedicated air conditioner. The doors are all secured with code locks and everything felt very high-end for us. Coffee, tea and snacks were always available as well. There's tons of parking and the general location feels safe and nestled away from the busy-ness that can be Niagara Falls.
There's a breakfast menu to fill out before the end of the night and breakfast (and then some!) was ready for us by 9AM. It was DELICIOUS and it was an abundance of food. Diana also went out of her way to offer snacks (ask her about the parfaits -- incredible!) We tend to be on the shy side and can take a little bit to open up but Diana and her team are so welcoming that we actually enjoyed spending time with them when we weren't out and exploring and the other guests who stayed during our time also made it memorable.
We honestly can't say enough good things about Serenity Inn. It's clear so much love, time and effort went into getting it up and running and I am excited to see where it takes them.

Before checking in, I requested that the room be very clean and that we have a kettle because we have a newborn. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were pleased to find a very clean room in a newly renovated building. The hotel is highly recommended for its good location and budget-friendly rates.
The location was great. We were walking distance to all main restaurants and attractions. The man who booked us in was great. Very clean. They gave us a hot breakfast voucher, which was terrific. It was a forty dollar meal for 13 dollars, and it was delicious. It was very cheap .
Hotel was under renovation but price matched that. Regardless my family had a fantastic stay unaffected by renovation. Hotel very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Room was huge with fridge and TV, beds comfy. Ideal busy location but not noisy at all. 2 mins to Clifton Hill. Definitely recommend , you can even see the fireworks from your window 😊
