The location is direct on the highway, but during the night you hear nearly nothing from the traffic. The rooms in the motel are very good equipped. The owner is very friendly. There was a mistake in my booking (money was double booked) but I realized this and explained, the owner was reacting and send the overbooked money back!

We've stay at the 100 Mile motel every time we've been to 100 Mile House. Although an older facility, it it seems to be continually be upgraded. Keurig -style coffee was a nice addition. Great value for the monry!

For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Location of the cabin was behind the house and buildings so no view of the lake. But the deck was large with a picnic table so good to sit outside if the weather permits. Complete kitchen, with supply of glasses, plates and utensil. The bathroom was a good size. There was a canoe available to paddle around the lake or fish-but to get to the dock a steep 80+ steps. Good for conditioning though.
The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and filled with high tech facilities. The property has nice views of the lake. It does take a solid drive inwards from the main roads but that said, we got to see deers inside in the morning! Wish we could’ve stayed longer~
The Horse Lake Inn is truly fantastic. Beautiful location overlooking the lake from a lovely apartment (we rented two apartments) that is fully equipped (even Apple TV!). The host and hostess are very helpful and friendly. They do everything to make the guests feel at home. A delicious and healthy European breakfast is served. We stayed here for two nights and wouldn't have mind a third night. The wildlife can be seen in the garden in front of the apartment. Recommended!
