First of all it is a hostel and you should not expect a private bathroom or TV in your room. It is located close to the railway station Charny. There are trains passing by and as there is also a railroad crossing close by expect trains whistling and ringing their bells. I like trains but not everyone might like them. It was very clean. The shared bathroom was close by and very clean. WIFI worked well. One can use a kitchen and a fridge in the area which is accessible for other guests as well. Parking is good. The park of the Falls of the River Chaudiere can easily reached by car or a 10 minute walk. Our room had a nice balcony. The facility looked well maintained.

This was our second summer vacation staying here.
The street is easily accessible once you come off the highway.
There are plenty of restaurants for dinner, afternoon drinks and snacks and BREAKFAST is available up the street.!!!

The hotel was well appointed and very clean. It is located close to the highway and is an ideal overnight stop when travelling from maritimes to Ontario. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of excellent coffee.
The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. The location is perfect for visiting Quebec city as the ferry is a 15-minute walk away from the Auberge. The staff was extremely welcoming and responsive to any needs. All of the facilities are kept spotless. The breakfast was very affordable and basic.
