Basement apartment with separate entrance for privacy. The owner paid incredible attention to details, ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for renters. The place was nicely decorated and furnished. It was exceptionally comfortable, feeling truly like a home away from home. Mike is very responsive to questions and has been most pleasant to deal with before and during our stay. The location is in downtown Kitchener, so it is very convenient to get to dinner locations, and to get any supply you need.
Staff were polite, friendly and professional. The location was great, and our room was room was very clean. Water pressure of shower was good. I liked the convenience of the pump style of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner located on bathroom wall in the shower. Breakfast buffet was a plus. The early time of the breakfast very helpful for my son's morning competition.
