The breakfast was ok but unfortunately the seating capacity was very limited which meant that guests had to take their breakfast to their rooms. Furthermore, guests were not allowed to sit outside at the terrace to eat their breakfasts because the terrace belonged to the hotel restaurant and the manager would not allow guests to sit there for breakfast.

Jasper Gates is a fantastic RV site and we wished we had stayed for longer. It was clean, quiet and well maintained.
The staff were welcoming and friendly from the start and gave us plenty of information about the site and who to contact for assistance. We had an issue lighting the barbecue and Luke came straight to help.
We hired a sited RV which was spacious and well equipped. There was a good sized fridge freezer so ample room to stock up.
The bathroom is small as would be expected and the hot water tank would not have been sufficient for 3 adults to shower so we used the washroom that was very near our RV which was very clean with plenty of hot water.
There was also a chill out lodge with sofas and tables where you could relax or play board games etc. We didn't use it as we sat around the campfire but it's a great idea and not something that is common in the UK.
Hinton, with various supermarkets was only 15 mins drive away and the brewery which had good food and beers was a 2 minute walk.
We would stay at Jasper Gates again and would definitely recommend it!

Front door and cleaning staff were very friendly. Even though the building looks dated, you can tell the owners care for the business. We got a 2 bedroom suite. It was rennovated and very clean. Mattress and bedding were comfortable and soft. The shower was AMAZING with lots of water. In a very quiet location. Looking forward to staying here again
The breakfast is normal, the usual continental breakfast, the location is a bit far from town of Jasper and to all attractions, about an hour drive, but with the pricey hotels in Jasper, Hinton hotel is a good option to those who are on a budget. Overall, we had a good stay, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating.
Good location of the hotel, quick check-in, free parking. The room is spacious and very clean, a comfortable wide bed, clean towels and bedding. Good Wi-Fi, there is a refrigerator, hairdryer, coffee. There is a gym in the hotel. Also, in the morning at the reception, you can take ready-made coffee or tea in unlimited quantities, the coffee is very tasty! Friendly staff! Good price for the room compared to other hotels in this city.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hinton Lodge. The location was ideal fo us to drive into Jasper and the surrounding areas every day. The breakfast was a nice addition and they had a good range of bagels. The staff were very friendly. We found the bed comfy, the room as large and the shower was a good pressure.
Very good location to visit Jasper National Park. Maybe location is not so cozy like Jasper, but there is everything what you need and significantly cheaper.
