Lori was an exceptional host who went above and beyond what we expected. Dropping us off at the airport and offering to take us into the main town centre was incredibly kind (and saved us $80 on a taxi!!). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast super great. Lori even made us a take away breakfast on a day we were leaving at 0600 for a bear tour. Highly highly recommend. Simply , the best apartment we have rented thru Booking.com. Immaculately clean and contains every item that we needed. The owners live upstairs and were very helpful and respectful of our privacy. The view over the ocean to Quadra Island and the mountains behind is exceptional. In addition we enjoyed watching a wonderful sunrise from the living room. There are a series of outdoor steps down from the parking area to the apartment entrance.. we found these easy to navigate even when they were wet as there is a very good handrail on both sides.

The whole apartment was very nice and modern. The internet was fast and we could even watch netflix and amazon prime which was great. Very comfortable bed and good kitchen equipment as well.

It's nice location, rooms are looks new and very clean. I loved they have coffee machine at entrance for coffee and tea! even hot chocolate! Breakfast is nice I liked waffle machine. If there is potatoes or more meat will be perfect!
It was overall good experience, it was disappointing that the pool and hot tub were out of commission and we were never told this when we booked. Would have chose somewhere else if we knew we weren't able to use the pool. Good location and rooms were very clean.
Very good value for money hotel. For me, as a person from Europe and I have something to compare with, I can say a very clean hotel, excellent service, location in the city center. Our room was on the third floor, great view of the city, the design of the room is impressive and it was clean. I will definitely return to this hotel if I am in Cambell River. I recommend to all!
lady in Reception (owner?) was great - clearly really loves Campbell River area, gave recommendations for nearby locations, places to eat, visiting Strathcona Park, salmon hatchery etc - all of which were as good as she said, really made our stay.
Rooms (our was on groundfloor, one of the cheaper ones) are basic but very clean and comfortable, view across the strait (esp when misty) was memorable
