The lady of the house is highly amiable, friendly and helpfull. It gives this hotel a familial feeling. Don’t expect super de luxe facilities in this ‘passing through’ town, but the amenities are all there and the hotel is very very clean and comfortable. Also fluently English speaking. We loved this place and to be honest the pictures somehow don't do it justice. It is large airy and very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and two large bathrooms, one en-suite. Communication was easy all along and the host kindly let us get the keys early. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked one night at home. As mentioned in other reviews, it is well-located for everything you want to do in Tupiza even for the walk to Puerta del Diablo. The shower was good and the water was hot. The Wifi worked fine. It is also great value for such a large place. Definitely recommend.
