On the positive side, the location is great, especially if you’re arriving by bus from KK. However, I probably wouldn’t book here again — I'd try somewhere else.
If you're looking for a good river tour, I recommend Googling Wanna and Mark for an excellent experience seeing monkeys and crocodiles. Ask them to pick you up near the mall by the river to save on taxi fare. Just message them via WhatsApp!

EVERYTHING. Complementary Pick up and Drop off to the airport... and to most of the atraction for free! For sure it is a big big plus to decide to stay here. Rooms are clean, new, and everything was perfect. All people working there was friendly and helpful. Internet was perfect. Location is really close to the center (In case you need to walk, as you have the complementary service). they will do their best to help you.
Also, Boy, the drive is a really really friendly person. Smily all time, good sense of humor and made all the experience much much better. We were sad to say him bye, hope we can meet really soon :)

This place is just perfect when visiting Bandar Seri Begawan
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Overall it is a good hostel and I believe the only one in the country. Privacy blinds are provided for each bed and lockers are in the room also. Wi-Fi is decent although can be a little slow at peak times but no real problem. Location isn’t too bad being near a supermarket and a mall with lots of eating options. Also easy to take a bus into and out of the city although beware that the busses stop early.
location is good with the Mall 100 m away and many eating places nearby . The mall also has a cinema with newest movies showing . Non Peak hour rates (before 630 pm ) for a movie is B$4/-
We didn't expect the room to be big enough for two people and it can accommodate three. The bathrooms were also big and always clean even if they were for sharing. The kitchen and laundry area are also tidy. The hallway and the common area are also clean. The location is also good because it is just a few walks away from the mall and bus stops. The staff and the host are kind.
Very good communication from the owner, very helpful. The cheapest place in Brunei, close to the mall and the night market (which is more lively than Downton) so perfect location. Clean and Easy.
