Only the location and private garden were fine. The apartment with entrance from the private garden was better because the windows were located in this quiet garden, but also a few investments are needed the floor looks like after some water disaster. This was our 10th visit of Varna so we know how rooms and houses looks like, but it was acceptable before, because of lower prices compared to other countries with seaside...

Everything was very well organised. We felt us just at home because it was really comfortable. The TV was big enough to enjoy Netflix. The location is very good. From home it takes just 20 minutes to the sea. There is market nearby. Konstantin is very helpful and gives good advices. We were just two people but even 4 people can enjoy their stay here. The best part of the stay was how comfortable the home was. The furniture was new and clean, and the balcony was fantastic. The host thought of every little detail, even providing extra items like a spare toothbrush. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the host was communicative and attentive. For 10 leva, we were able to park our car at the residence. It’s a 15-minute walk to the city center from the main road

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The rooms are big enough. There are nice green parts and two swimming pools. The indoor pool was very clean and warm. We didn't use the outside one because it was still cold. The staff is very friendly. A good place to relax and enjoy the countryside.
