The place is very nice, extremely clean. We got a warm welcome with nice compliments from the host that we haven't expected. The location is very close to the city center, the beach and the Sea garden etc. Parking place was available as promised. We are very satisfied and we will book it again.

Only the location and private garden were fine. The apartment with entrance from the private garden was better because the windows were located in this quiet garden, but also a few investments are needed the floor looks like after some water disaster. This was our 10th visit of Varna so we know how rooms and houses looks like, but it was acceptable before, because of lower prices compared to other countries with seaside...

Everything was very well organised. We felt us just at home because it was really comfortable. The TV was big enough to enjoy Netflix. The location is very good. From home it takes just 20 minutes to the sea. There is market nearby. Konstantin is very helpful and gives good advices. We were just two people but even 4 people can enjoy their stay here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, it was nice to meet them. The apartment was very clean, we had all that we expected, the wireless is very good (350-400mbps), the TV needs a little maintenance at the speakers but it was OK. There are 2 balconies, one for every room, spacious for the table and chairs, the hot water in bathroom and kitchen is instant. I managed to use the garage very well, it was someone complaining about the size, but maybe if you have a van or a big SUV. For my Skoda Octavia it was very easy, I don't want to brag about knowing to manoeuvre it. The garage is 2 blocks away from the apartment, but OK, I was happy. There is a park pretty close where I could walk the dogs, even having a dog playing area. There are little convenient stores around open until late. You can feel like a local, is not very touristic, but maybe this was its charm. It's not a shiny Hotel, is a clean and affordable apartment, great for a family. All the things that I said below I don't like are not so bad, all in all it was very pleasant for us.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet street in the heart of Varna. The building is very clean and safe. The room was basic but comfortable. The host, Pavel, was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Overall, a good value for money.
