The son of the owner can speak very good english, responded quick my messages, gave us details to the transportations and was very cooperative. His father (owner of the house) welcomed us at the house, his English was not very good but he tried a lot to communicate with us, so at the end we understood everything. He was very friendly. In the room there was everything needed, beds were comfortable, tovels, key to every room, new furniture in all rooms, bathroom is like the standard in bulgaria (the free shower in the room ;) ), good equipment in the kitchen (fridge, oven, cloth washing machine, stove....) and free tea and coffee :)

The hotel is new and exceptional. The room was huge and spacious. The terrace was overlooking the mountains and in the morning sun with the birds singing it was very wonderful. The beds are comfortable, the room is quiet and you can rest very well. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very rich and delicious. Fresh fruits, different olives, different cheeses. At breakfast, eggs prepared in 4 different ways, several meat options, pancakes - there was so much of everything and it was appetizing. Even fresh honeycomb. Dinner was even more amazing. The cake and dessert table was very tempting.

Everything. The apparrment is new and very comfortable. The furnishing is tastefull. All the facilities are available. One side of the appartment borders a buz y street, but the appartment is very well insulated. Free and safe parking close to he building. The location is good. Host Hristina is very helpfull. She left drinks, sweets en fruit for us, which was very nice. The price is good. If icould give a 12 instead of a 10 I would do so.

Very nice furnished, clean and comfortable apartment. There is everything you need for short or longer stay. The location is close to the train station and to the city centre, there are supermarkets just across the road. Very good and reliable communication with the host. We booked for the rose festival and were right across the street for all the action. Parking is on the street outside and we didn’t have an issue with it (also free to park on weekends). Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options. And the room was SO SO comfortable and well decorated
