Only if parking is very important to you, as it is to us, because we travel by motorcycle, it is good to check if there are free spaces. It wasn't for us, but we parked almost in front of the entrance, which is covered by a camera, so it was possible to see the motorcycle through the tablet in the apartment, through which you can see the entrance to the building.
