I could say that it is an outstanding guesthouse, and it could be surely named a hotel! The rooms were spacious, with fresh renovation, decent furniture, a balcony, and a comfortable bathroom. Small, but very cozy spa zone, with two fine refreshing mineral water jacuzzis and one indoor pool. The owners were very hospitable, they helped us in solving all the issues. Also, the staff was attentive to the guests. The breakfast! It was big and delicious. It was started with a glass of the fresh airan, and finished with meticulously boiled coffee. A good choice of wines, and yummy cuisine. Definitely, I could recommend it, and we are ready to return back!

This was the second time for us in this beautiful apartment, which is probably one of our favorite ones from all the places we've been to. Very spacious, lots of rooms, two terraces, two bathrooms, plus all you might need for a long stay - a washing machine, a dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen
The location is also perfect for everyone wanting to be as close to the beautiful Ayazmo park and also close to the city center.
The check-in process was easy and the host is very kind!
