I always stay here when visiting Kardzhali, i would like to say you won't find a better hostel anywhere with these facilities, choice, location and price!
Not what I "What didn't you like?" just to mention free parking can be a bit difficult to find, i bit the bullet after getting a hefty fine, i now pay to park in front of the "Dom Na Kulturata there's usually spaces, 1 lev/hr.

Comfortable, modern and newly furnished rooms with a balcony and air conditioning in an extremely peaceful and quiet location facing the woods and the the beautiful nature of the area. The staff is well attending to everyone's needs. Were also there for a wedding and the service was excellent.
Location is very convenient and the large car parking in front of the hotel is also very good. The restaurant next to the hotel servs very nice dishes in acceptable prices.
