The hotel is very clean, has a lot of amenities and a very nice restaurant. The personnel is also very nice and were very open to additional requests (such as a very late check-in). Having the possibility to have breakfast and dinner included is also very helpful so you don't have to worry about where to eat in an unknown area. The underground secured parking is also a good to keep you relaxed if you travel by car.

The hotel was surprising - I haven't expected this quality in this part of Bulgaria. There are also charging stations for EV, which is another great benefit. The food was tasty and the rooms, spa and the pool were very clean.
