I arrived in the centre of Harmanli around 6.30pm on a Sunday. I'd been travelling since 11pm on the previous Friday and my phone was about to run out of battery. There were no taxis and the hotel was quite a long way from the bus station and without my phone, I wouldn't be able find it. I messaged my friends, who contacted the hotel, to ask them to send a taxi. The lady owner arrived in her own car to collect me.
The hotel was spotless and nicely decorated. The shower room was lovely and the bed was really comfy.
Hotel Fantasy is set in central Lyubimets and is provided with free secured parking and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, as well as an on-site restaurant with a summer garden.

The staff was very helpful towards us, which made the stay very positive. Even though they didnt talk english, they were proactive and tried to help as much as possible.

The Lady that runs the hotel was very friendly,and extremely helpful. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. Local shops and restaurants were nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area.
The room are very clean, good temperature and lightening, the beds are comfortable. There is big terrace with table, chairs and clothes drying space. We have all we need for our stay. Place was quite and beauty. The hosts are polite and helpful. Communication is easy.
Actually perfect. 24h reception. Elevator. Very secure yard behind locked gates, and we parked our bikes next to the receptionist's bike! Room great, nice quality, (405) and the aircon was on when we arrived. Lovely welcome. Location worked for us. Clean, spotless. Nice modern room, lots of power outlets. Quiet, slept well. Can walk to various shops and restaurants. Recommend!
Welcomed with a smile with a coffee and bottle of water. Escorted to reception. No fuss check in. Lift to rooms. Clean fresh linen and towels. Very nice standard of room. The view wasn't ideal but I could see the car . Parking on road with no problem. No smells or damage in room.
The room was specious and very clean. It was equipped with flat TV and cable TV. The location prefect - the hotel was situated in the main shopping street of Harmanli with many supermarkets and restaurants in a working distance.
We spent the night on our way back to Poland, we arrived quite late in the evening, and yet the man at the reception desk was very nice and polite. We were thirsty after a long journey and the Lord from the reception, at my request, provided us with an electric jug for making tea. It was very nice.
